Compiled by First Congregational Church of Anchorage, Alaska, this unparalleled and unique collection of over 600 recipes is spiral-bound in a sturdy 6.5” x 8.5” book almost an inch thick!

All tastes from modern to vintage are catered to in the 12 sections. You will find delights in

Recipes were contributed by members, friends of the church, and by chefs at such renowned restaurants in the greater Anchorage area as the Double Musky Inn, Simon and Seafort’s, the Glacier Brewhouse, the Snow City Cafe, Jen’s Restaurant, Club Paris and the Southside Bistro.

This book is a Second Edition published January, 2005, includes original drawings by accomplished artists Dianne Barske & Lisa Balivet, and provides a glimpse of life in “the Last Frontier”.
